To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was shown to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you received during your purchase.

UK ORDERS

Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to reach you. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item(s) have been shipped. All items are sent via Royal Mail (Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are NOT classed as working days)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders to Europe, please allow 10-21 days. For the rest of the world, our shipping time frame is 10-25 days.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been placed, please note there is a processing time of 4 FULL BUSINESS DAYS.

This time frame does not count towards your business days for shipping. For custom wig orders, delivery will vary. All time frames are estimations.

Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend or cancel orders. Discount codes may not be applied afterwards.

We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted.

Advertised discount codes may not be used towards previously purchased or future purchases.

Please ensure your shipping and billing address are the same. We will not ship the item(s) anywhere else. And we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and/or order is flagged as a risk.

(We use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information.) We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

Breal Hair Ltd will not be held liable for items misplaced, lost or damaged by third party.

If you are yet to receive your order, please be patient and refrain from contacting us about the whereabouts of your order until the time frame has passed.

PRODUCTS ALTERED CANNOT BE RETURNED!

Due to the nature of our products, items can only be returned within 14 days after purchase.

If you have received the wrong product, missing any product or have concerns, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).

We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any altered products; where the band or tag holding the hair has been untied or cut off due to sanitary requirements or in case of curly weaves brushed out in anyway.

All shipping, handling costs and money transfer fees will be at the customer’s expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the product and inspect it before an exchange can be made.

Lace closures , lace frontals or wigs made from either, will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been bleached, tinted , worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products. In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
